Happy 2020! I wanted to share the note I wrote myself at the prompt from my Currently 2020 workbook. Yes, It's to me, but, honestly it is for you, too. I see you and I want to remind you how good you are doing.

Hey, you!
I see you trying so hard. You are keeping all of the balls up in the air while still trying new things. You are consistently trying to be a better human and you are. You care about how you move in the world and what words and actions you take. I see all of that.
What I really wish for you, dear, is to know you've already arrived. You are powerful. You are strong. You are giving. You are making a difference. Every change or modification you are making is just polishing the gem that you already are.
Step into yourself, your strength, your grace, your inner wisdom. Feel it envelop you. Yes! Continue the work, but know it is only helping you shine brighter.
You are loved. You are welcome. You are safe. You are doing valuable work. You matter every moment of every day. Step into that knowing. There's so much more for you when you do.
